We design and manufacture cut-gate weighers. These are suitable for any granular, free-flowing product and can be fitted onto any existing form fill and seal machine. These weighers are robust, accurate and easy to operate. We produce a 4 and 6 head scale.
We take special care to ensure our scales are manufactured to the highest quality. We take no shortcuts and use only premium electrical, pneumatics and mechanical components. Our machines are full 316 stainless in construction.
All control is easily and effectively carried out via a touch-screen controller. This make for simple change-overs using recipes and easy adjustment on the go. Automatic in-flight adjustment allows for ongoing accuracy even with product bulk density variations.
